Our Lee team is a close knit friendly family. Our wish is to warmly welcome you, hosting you with the best of what our homeland has to offer while allowing you to relaxingly enjoy every little bite and moment while you are with us.
Lee: a word describing the ancient Estonian communal fireplace around which life would vividly simmer and crackle; a place to prepare and share delicious meals together.
Today’s Lee is inspired by this same primeval joy for familial life, connecting around tables, sharing food and stories.
We are guided by our love of local produce, combined with international skill and playful curiosity. As we Estonians are ever evolving, our menu also changes accordingly, characterised as “local, seasonal and contemporary”.
The centrepiece of our menu is always local, sourced from artisan producers and our friends from farms and forests, which we enrich with our own experience from abroad.
Lee’s kitchen is guided by Canadian born Japanese Chef Hiro Takeda who wandered to Estonia from Europe’s culinary capital- Copenhagen. Hiro gently adds his heritage and international experience to local farm to table ingredients.
Collaboration between the chef and the sommelier team is a stronghold of our restaurant- extensive wine list is ever-changing and our wine by the glass program supports the menu with matching wines.
